"Grape Pop" Konadiclone - Konad m62

To see what inspired me to try this konadicure, check out one of my favorite blogs:

China Glaze "Grape Pop"
Konad IP m62
Avon Mirror Shine "Polish" (stamping colour)

in daylight

with flash

I was really excited to use this new polish, and I loved it! The colour is really pigmented and is a perfect purple! I also wanted to use the Avon Mirror Finish in "Polish" with it.  I find these metallic polishes awesome for stamping, as long as you can work quickly!  The result is a pretty subtle konadicure because the base colour and stamping colour are so similar, but I like it.

As usual, I used Orly Bonder as base coat and Seche Vite on top.

I got inspired to do this design by seeing a recent one by Thriszha, but her nails are way longer than I keep mine.  Still, I managed to fit in both images from m62.

Hope you enjoy this post.  Please leave me some feedback!

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure

Just picked up Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in 430 - Grass Slipper when I was at Walmart.  I was pretty excited to see it there, since it's a pretty oddball colour.  It is a bit brighter and more yellowish green than it appears here - I had no sunlight, so this is artificial light, no flash.

Why the banana? Not sure....

Here's a shot with the bottle- pretty decent design and the rubber grip on the handle helps if the lid gets stuck.

This colour has attracted a lot of attention from various strangers. I loved it so much, I didn't even do a konadicure over it - and that's very rare for me!

This polish has the wide brush, but it's a bit more tapered than the Insta-Dry brushes.  The polish is really opaque and quite easy to handle.  I barely needed the second coat!

What do you think of this colour?  Would you wear it?

Geisha and Cherry Blossoms - Konad m66 & S9

China Glaze "Flyin' High"
Konad Special White
IP m66 and S9

These were all taken at night, with artificial lighting.

It's been awhile since I posted.  I did my first paid birthday party and gave konadicures to a small group of girls.  It was a blast, but sadly I didn't manage to get any decent pics.

Anyhow, I was so excited to find "Flyin' High" at my local Sally's.  It was almost opaque after one coat, but I did apply two coats here, over Orly Bonder.  Then I added designs from m66 and S9 to achieve this overall look.  Unfortunately, when I applied Seche Vite which I always use, it turned the stamped design a bit yellowish...don't know why?!

I know there are a lot of pics, but I really like how they turned out, so I hope you do too!

Please leave me some comments, because I love hearing from you!
